SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW
COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR JUNE 6, 2000 HELD IN THE TOWN
COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:05 A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE
Members Present:
Sandy Baily, Associate Planner
Julie Linney, Fire Department
Tim Boyer, John Iaquinto, Parks Department
Chris Riordan, Assistant Planner
Steve Kowalski, Assistant Planner
ITEM 1: 19 Highland Avenue (Revised Plans)
Architecture and Site Application S-99-9
Requesting Architecture and Site approval to construct a new single family residence on
property zoned HR- 2 ½.
PROPERTY OWNER: Angelo Orphan
APPLICANT: Maurice Camargo
Deemed incomplete by Planning, Engineering, Parks & Forestry, and Fire Departments.
Does not need to return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, matter will
be scheduled for next available Planning Commission meeting.
ITEM 2: 244 Cerro Chico
Architecture and Site Application S-00-42
Requesting approval to do a partial demolition of a single family residence and to add
onto the existing residence on property zoned R-1:8.
PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Joel Rubnitz
Deemed incomplete by Planning, and Engineering Departments. Does not need to return
to Development Review Committee. If elevations are not changed, application will be
denied. If elevations are changed, and are acceptable, Notice of Intent to Approve
Application will be mailed.
ITEM 3: 15068 Lynn Avenue
Architecture and Site Application S-00-43
Requesting approval to demolish a single family residence and to construct a new
residence on property zoned R-1:8.
PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Curtis and Rochelle Bradford
Deemed incomplete by Planning, Engineering, and Parks & Forestry Departments. Does
not need to return to Development Review Committee. If elevations are not changed,
application will be denied. If elevations are changed, and are acceptable, Notice of Intent
to Approve Application will be mailed.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:50 A.M. The next regularly scheduled
meeting of the Development Review Committee is Tuesday, June 13,
2000.
