06-20-00 Minutes - DRC TOWN OF LOS GATOS 110 East Main Street, Los Gatos, CA 95032 (408) 354-6872 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR JUNE 20, 2000 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------- The meeting was called to order at 9:15 A.M. by Chair Baily. ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Julie Linney, Fire Department Tim Boyer, Parks Department Sue Davis, Associate Planner Chris Riordan, Assistant Planner Steve Kowalski, Assistant Planner ITEM 1: 180 La Montagne Court Architecture and Site Application S-00-4512 Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned R -1:12. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Gateway Holding Trust Applicant did not show. Second time applicant has missed the meeting. Comments from the DRC were collected and will be forwarded to the applicant. Continued to a date uncertain. ITEM 2: Calle Marguerita a. Development Application PD-99-002 b. Negative Declaration ND-99-10 Request for approval of a zone change from R-1:8 to RM:5-12:PD to construct nine townhouses. If no significant environmental impacts are identified as a result of this project, a Negative Declaration will be recommended and an Environmental Impact Report will not be required. PROPERTY OWNER: HL & L 99 LLC APPLICANT: Sui Hwu Deemed incomplete by Parks and Forestry, Engineering, and Planning Departments. Must return to DRC. ITEM 3: 156 Highland Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-00-46 Requesting approval of a grading permit on property zoned HR-2 ½. PROPERTY OWNER: John and Linda Daane APPLICANT: California Horticulture Deemed incomplete by Parks and Forestry Department. Does not need to return to DRC. Once complete, notice of intent to approve will be mailed. ITEM 4: 15605 Camino del Cerro and 124 Verde Court Subdivision Application M-00-9 Requesting approval of a lot line adjustment between two properties zoned R-1:8 PROPERTY OWNER: Craig and Brigitta Olsen APPLICANT: Pinn Brothers Deemed complete. Application approved. ITEM 5: Corner of Kennedy and Shannon Roads a. Architecture and Site Application S-00-40 b. Lot Line Adjustment M-00-6 Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence and a lot line adjustment between two properties prezoned HR-20. PROPERTY OWNERS: Rich Forest and Lou Chetaud APPLICANT: Mark McKinney Lot line adjustment not considered at applicant’s request. Architecture and Site Application deemed incomplete by Fire, Parks and Forestry, Engineering, and Planning Departments.
