ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Tom Walsh, Melanie Chase, Fire Department Tim Boyer, John Iaquinto, Parks Department Gary Chao, Assistant Planner Chris Riordan, Assistant Planner Steve Kowalski, Assistant Planner ITEM 1: 267 Vista Del Monte Architecture and Site Application S-00-6 Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned HR -1. PROPERTY OWNER: Bay City Investment and Development APPLICANT: James Phillip Wright Deemed incomplete by Planning, Engineering, and parks & forestry Departments. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee unless footprint is revised. Once complete, matter will be scheduled for next available Planning Commission hearing. ITEM 2: 180 La Montagne Court Architecture and Site Application S-00-4512 Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned R-1:12. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Gateway Holding Trust Applicant did not show. Continued to the next meeting. ITEM 3: 16615 Lark Avenue Conditional Use Permit U-00-18 Requesting approval to install a wireless communication facility mounted on an existing building on property zoned O. PROPERTY OWNER: John and Ann Barber APPLICANT: Whalen & Co for Sprint PCS Deemed complete. Tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting of July 26, 2000. ITEM 4: 471 Santa Rosa Drive Architecture and Site Application S-00-44 Requesting approval of a grading permit to construct a swimming pool and for landscaping improvements on property zoned HR-2 ½. PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Anita Shrigley Deemed complete. Notice of intent to approve will be mailed. ITEM 5: 16639 Shannon Road Subdivision Application M-00-8 Requesting approval of a Certificate of Compliance to legalize two parcels on property zoned R-1:8. PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Lee Campbell Deemed incomplete by Planning and Engineering Departments. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee unless action will be for denial. ITEM 6: 615 Blossom Hill Road and Placer Oaks Drive a. Development Application DEV-99-001 b. Negative Declaration ND-98-0013 Requesting approval of a General Plan Amendment to change the land use designation from Low Density Residential to Medium Family Residential, and a Planned Development to change the zoning designation from R-1:8 and RM:5-12 to RM:5-12:PD to construct 59 apartment units. No significant environmental impacts have been identified as a result of this project and a Negative Declaration is recommended. PROPERTY OWNERS: Live Oak Apartments, Bill Errico and Wayne Leposavic APPLICANT/APPELLANT: Cupertino Development Corporation Deemed incomplete by the Planning Department. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, matter will be scheduled for next available Planning Commission meeting.
