ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Suzanne Davis, Associate Planner Gary Chao, Assistant Planner Steve Kowalski, Assistant Planner Julie Linney, Fire Department Tim Boyer, Parks Department Trish Duarte, Sr. Engineer ITEM 1: 141 Johnson Avenue Minor Residential Development Application MR-00-20 Requesting approval to construct a new second story addition within the required setbacks on a pre-1941 residence and to construct a new detached garage over 450 square feet in area in the required setbacks on a nonconforming lot zoned R -1:8. PROPERTY OWNER: Craig Edwards APPLICANT: JL Hamilton Builders Deemed incomplete by Planning and Parks & Forestry Departments. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, Notice of Intent to Approve will be mailed. ITEM 2: 119 Hernandez Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-00-36 Requesting approval to demolish a single family residence and to construct a new residence on property zoned R-1:8. PROPERTY OWNER: Beth and John Jendricks APPLICANT: Dave Flick Deemed incomplete by Planning and Parks & Forestry Departments. Does not nee d to return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, Notice of Intent to Approve will be mailed. ITEM 3: 259 Vista Del Monte Architecture and Site Application S-00-37 Requesting approval to construct new single family residence on property zoned HR-1. PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: George and Pi-Ying Chang Deemed incomplete by Parks & Forestry, Planning, and Engineering Departments. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, matter will be scheduled for next available Planning Commission hearing. ITEM 4: 130 Hernandez Avenue Subdivision Application M-00-4 Requesting approval of a two lot subdivision on property zoned R-1:12. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Peter R. Hoffman Deemed incomplete by Parks & Forestry, Planning, and Engineering Departments . Does not need to return to Development Review Committee. Action is for denial at this time. ITEM 5: 15350 Suview Drive Architecture and Site Application S-00-22 Requesting approval to construct a new residence on property zoned HR-2 ½. PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Charles Hackett Deemed incomplete by Planning Department. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee.
