SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW
COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR MAY 16, 2000 HELD IN THE TOWN
COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:05 A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE

Minor Residential Development Application MR-00-20
Requesting approval to construct a new second story addition within the required
setbacks on a pre-1941 residence and to construct a new detached garage over 450
square feet in area in the required setbacks on a nonconforming lot zoned R -1:8.
PROPERTY OWNER: Craig Edwards
APPLICANT: JL Hamilton Builders
Deemed incomplete by Planning and Parks & Forestry Departments. Does not need to
return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, Notice of Intent to Approve
will be mailed.
ITEM 2: 119 Hernandez Avenue

Requesting approval to demolish a single family residence and to construct a new
residence on property zoned R-1:8. PROPERTY OWNER: Beth and John Jendricks

return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, Notice of Intent to Approve
will be mailed.

Deemed incomplete by Parks & Forestry, Planning, and Engineering Departments. Does
not need to return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, matter will be
scheduled for next available Planning Commission hearing.

Subdivision Application M-00-4
Requesting approval of a two lot subdivision on property zoned R-1:12.
PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Peter R. Hoffman
Deemed incomplete by Parks & Forestry, Planning, and Engineering Departments . Does
not need to return to Development Review Committee. Action is for denial at this time.
ITEM 5: 15350 Suview Drive
Architecture and Site Application S-00-22
Requesting approval to construct a new residence on property zoned HR-2 ½.
PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Charles Hackett
Deemed incomplete by Planning Department. Does not need to return to Development
Review Committee. Once complete, matter will be scheduled for th e next available
Planning Commission hearing.
