05-30-00 Minutes - DRC TOWN OF LOS GATOS 110 East Main Street, Los Gatos, CA 95032 (408) 354-6872 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR MAY 30, 2000 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------- The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Baily. ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Julie Linney, Fire Department Tim Boyer, Parks Department Chris Riordan, Assistant Planner Steve Kowalski, Assistant Planner Trish Duarte, Engineer ITEM 1: 16675 Madrone Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-00-16 Requesting approval to demolish pre-1941 single family residence on property zoned R-1:12. PROPERTY OWNER: Jean Hilbrink APPLICANT: Carlock, Cullen, DeMattei Deemed incomplete by Engineering Department. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee. Questionable if one of the three lots can be approved. Further research is required. ITEM 2: 16780 Lark Avenue Conditional Use Permit U-00-16 Requesting approval to install wireless communication facility mounted on an existing PG&E tower on property zoned CM. PROPERTY OWNER: Bocardo Corporation APPLICANT: Nextel Communications Deemed incomplete by Parks & Forestry and Planning Department. Must return to Development Review Committee if building is relocated. ITEM 3: Kensington Way Conceptual Development Application CD-00-11 Requesting preliminary approval to install wireless communication facility mounted on an existing PG&E tower in conjunction with a recently approved Sprint installation, on property zoned R-1:8. PROPERTY OWNER: PG&E APPLICANT: Whalen & Co for GTE Wireless Deemed incomplete by Planning Department. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, matter will be scheduled for next available Planning Commission Meeting. ITEM 4: 15723 Oak Knoll Drive Architecture and Site Application S-00-39 Requesting approval of a grading permit for a retaining wall on property zoned HR -1:PD. PROPERTY OWNER: Bob Monsour APPLICANT: Rocos and Arroyo Vista Landscaping Deemed incomplete by Engineering Department. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, Notice of Intent to Approve will be mailed. ITEM 5: 101 Lausen Court Architecture and Site Application S-00-41 Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned R -1:8. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Union Avenue Development Deemed incomplete by Parks & Forestry, Engineering, and Planning Departments. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, Notice of Intent to Approve will be mailed. ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 10:05 A.M.
