SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW
COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR MAY 2, 2000 HELD IN THE TOWN
COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:10 A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE

Architecture and Site Application S-00-24
Requesting approval of a grading permit for a retaining wall on property zoned R-1:8.
PROPERTY OWNER: Andy and Mary Chessin
APPLICANT: Landsystems Landscapes
Deemed incomplete by Engineering Department. Does not need to return to Development
Review Committee. Once complete, Notice of Intent to Approve will be mailed.
ITEM 2: Greenridge Terrace
Architecture and Site Application S-00-23
Requesting approval to construct new single family residence on property zoned HR-1.
PROPERTY OWNER: Statton Industries, LP
APPLICANT: Tony Jeans
Deemed incomplete by Panning, Engineering, and Parks & Forestry Departments. Does
not need to return to Development Review Committee.
Once complete, matter will be scheduled for next
available Planning Commission agenda.
ITEM 3: 69 Broadway
Architecture and Site Application S-00-15
Requesting approval to demolish a main structure which includes a secondary dwelling
unit and to construct a new single family residence on property zoned R-1D:LHP.
PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: David and Laurie Zicovich
Deemed incomplete by Planning, Engineering, and Parks & Forestry Departments. Does
not need to return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, matter will be
scheduled for next available Planning Commission agenda.
ITEM 4: 14880 and 14890 Los Gatos Blvd and 14950 and 14960 Terreno de Flores
a. Development Application PD-00-2
b. Architecture and Site Application S-00-26
c. Negative Declaration ND-00-3
Request for approval of a zone change from R-1:8 and RM:5-12 to CH:PD to (a)
construct an office building with 12 detached residential units and (b) demolish eight
residential units. If no significant environmental impac ts are identified as a result of this
project, a Negative Declaration will be recommended and an Environmental Impact
Report will not be required.

APPLICANT: Cupertino Development Corporation
Deemed incomplete by Planning, Engineering, and Parks & Forestry Departments. Must
return to Development Review Committee.
