ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Julie Linney, Fire Department Tim Boyer, Parks Department Trish Duarte, Sr. Engineering Technician Sue Davis, Associate Planner Chris Riordan, Assistant Planner Steve Kowalski, Assistant Planner ITEM 1: 221 Jackson Street Architecture and Site Application S-99-18 Requesting Architecture and Site approval to demolish an existing residence and to construct a new single family residence on property zoned HR -2 ½. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Dennis Omanoff Deemed incomplete by Engineering, Planning and Parks & Forestry Departments. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee. Matter already scheduled for a Planning Commission meeting as a continued item. ITEM 2: 20 E. Main Street Conditional Use Permit U-99-11 Requesting approval to install a wireless telecommunication facility on property zoned C-2 and RM:5-20. PROPERTY OWNER: E.A. Maas APPLICANT: Metricom, Inc. a Delaware Corporation Deemed incomplete by Planning Department. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, matter will be scheduled for the next available Planning Commission agenda. ITEM 3: 228 Thurston Street Architecture and Site Application S-00-19 Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned R-1D. PROPERTY OWNER: Fred Rafia APPLICANT: Farzin Rafia Deemed incomplete by Parks & Forestry, Planning and Engineering Departments. Matter must return to the Development Review Committee. ITEM 4: 19 Ashler Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-00-21 Requesting approval to exceed the allowable Floor Area Ratio on property zoned R-1D. PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Mary and Tim Denney Deemed incomplete by Parks & Forestry and Planning Departments. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, matter will be scheduled for the next available Planning Commission agenda. ITEM 5: 115 Los Patios Architecture and Site Application S-00-20 Requesting approval to exceed the allowable Floor Area Ratio on property zoned PD. PROPERTY OWNER: Andy-Do Architect APPLICANT: Arnold Colvin Deemed complete. Tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting of June 14, 2000. ITEM 6: 15400 Suview Drive Architecture and Site Application S-00-22 Requesting approval to construct a new residence on property zoned HR-2 1/2. PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Charles Hackett Deemed incomplete by Planning, Engineering, Parks & Forestry and Fire Departments. Matter must return to the Development Review Committee.
