SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW
COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR APRIL 25, 2000 HELD IN THE TOWN
COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:05 A.M. by Chair Baily.

Architecture and Site Application S-99-18
Requesting Architecture and Site approval to demolish an existing residence and to
construct a new single family residence on property zoned HR -2 ½.
PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Dennis Omanoff
Deemed incomplete by Engineering, Planning and Parks & Forestry Departments. Does
not need to return to Development Review Committee. Matter already scheduled for a
Planning Commission meeting as a continued item.

Requesting approval to install a wireless telecommunication facility on property zoned
