04-11-00 Minutes - DRC TOWN OF LOS GATOS 110 East Main Street, Los Gatos, CA 95032 (408) 354-6872 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR APRIL 11, 2000 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------- The meeting was called to order at 9:05 A.M. by Chair Baily. ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Julie Linney, Fire Department Tim Boyer, Parks Department Trish Duarte, Sr. Engineering Technician Gary Chao, Assistant Planner ITEM 1: 493 Wraight Avenue (Lot 2) a. Architecture and Site Application S-00-18 b. Subdivision Application M-00-2 Requesting Architecture and Site approval to demolish a pre-1941 single family residence and to construct a new residence and approval of a certificate of compliance to legalize two parcels on property zoned R-1D. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Silicon Valley L.T. Inc Subdivision application for a Certificate of Compliance was deemed complete and approved. The Architecture and Site application was deemed incomplete by Planning, Parks & Forestry, and Engineering Departments. Does not need to return to Development Revie w Committee. Once complete, and if demolition can be justified and architecture is acceptable, Notice of Intent to Approve will be mailed. ITEM 2: 493 Wraight Avenue (Lot 1) Architecture and Site Application S-00-17 Requesting Architecture and Site approval to construct a new residence on property zoned R-1D. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Silicon Valley L.T. Inc Deemed incomplete by Planning, Parks & Forestry, and Engineering Departments. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, and if the architecture is acceptable, Notice of Intent to Approve will be mailed. ITEM 3: Shady Lane a. Development Application DEV-00-1 b. Negative Declaration ND-00-2 Requesting approval of a zone change from HR 2 ½ to HR 2 ½:PD to create six lots. If no significant environmental impacts are identified as a result of this project, a Negative Declaration will be recommended and an Environmental Impact Report will not be required. PROPERTY OWNER: High Sierra Associates APPLICANT: THIS Design Deemed incompelte by Parks & Forestry, Planning, Engineering, and Fire Departments. Must return to Development Review Committee.
