ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Julie Linney, Fire Department Tim Boyer, Parks Department Gary Chao, Assistant Planner Willie Dones, Assistant Civil Engineer Vivian Wong, Assistant Engineer ITEM 1: 280 Wooded View Drive Architecture and Site Application S-99-39 Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned HR -2 ½. PROPERTY OWNER: John and Sherri Leroy APPLICANT: Mark Tersini - KT Properties Deemed incomplete by Planning and Parks & Forestry Departments. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, matter will be scheduled for the next available Planning Commission meeting. ITEM 2: 518 N. Santa Cruz Avenue Architecture and Site Approval S-00-8 Requesting approval to modify previously approved plans to add an underground parking garage and to make modifications to the elevations for a mixed use building and a one year time extension on property zoned C-1. PROPERTY OWNER: Ken Blackwell Inc. APPLICANT: Blackwell Brothers Development Company Continued to the next Development Review Committee meeting at applicant’s request. ITEM 3: 16360 S. Kennedy Road Architecture and Site Application S-00-10 Requesting approval to partially demolish a single family residence and to construct a new single family residence on property zoned HR-2 ½. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Sandra and Wayne Erickson Deemed incomplete by Planning, Parks & Forestry, and Engineering Departments. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, matter will be scheduled for next available Planning Commission meeting. ITEM 4: 66 E. Main Street Architecture and Site Application S-00-11 Requesting approval to install a canopy structure on property zoned C-2. PROPERTY OWNER: Marilyn Friesen APPLICANT: Ferrari of Los Gatos Deemed incomplete by Planning Department. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee. ITEM 5: 16005 Los Gatos Boulevard Project Application PRJ-98-072 Requesting Architecture and Site approval to remodel an existing auto dealership (Swanson Ford) and to build a new parking garage for auto storage on property in the CH zone. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Robert Swanson Family Partnership (Bruce Swanson) Deemed incomplete by Planning, Parks & Forestry, and Engineering Departments. Variance Application V-00-2 Requesting approval to construct a new commercial building with accessory living quarters and to reduce the required setbacks on property zoned C -2:LHP.
