SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW
COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR March 14, 2000 HELD IN THE
TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE

Architecture and Site Application S-99-39
Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned HR -2
½.
PROPERTY OWNER: John and Sherri Leroy
APPLICANT: Mark Tersini - KT Properties
Deemed incomplete by Planning and Parks & Forestry Departments. Does not need to
return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, matter will be scheduled for
the next available Planning Commission meeting.
ITEM 2: 518 N. Santa Cruz Avenue

Requesting approval to modify previously approved plans to add an underground parking
garage and to make modifications to the elevations for a mixed use building and a one
