SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW
COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR FEBRUARY 8, 1999 HELD IN THE
TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:05 A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE

Architecture and Site Approval S-00-3
Requesting approval to demolish and construct a new single family residence on property
zoned prezoned R-1:8.
PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Dave and Julie Meyer
Deemed incomplete by Planning, Engineering, and Parks & Forestry Departments. Does
not need to return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, if application can
be approved, Notice of Intent to approve will be mailed.
ITEM 2: 14942 Larga Vista Drive
Subdivision Application M-00-1
Requesting approval of a lot line adjustment between two parcels zoned
HR-2 ½.
PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Bryan Raisch
Application deemed complete and approved.
ITEM 3: 14561 Winchester Blvd
a. Development Application PD-99-003
b. Negative Declaration ND-99-11
Request for approval of a zone change from R-1:12 to R-1:12:PD to construct an 89 unit
residential care facility for the elderly. If no significant environmental impacts are
identified as a result of this project, a Negative Declaration will be recommended and an
Environmental Impact Report will not be required.

APPLICANT: Aegis Assisted Living Properties LLC
Deemed incomplete by Parks & Forestry and Fire Departments. Does not need to return
