ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Julie Linney, Fire Department Tim Boyer, John Iaquinto, Parks Department Trish Duarte, Sr. Engineering Technician Gary Chao, Assistant Planner Chris Riordan, Assistant Planner ITEM 1: 15941 Linda Avenue Architecture and Site Approval S-00-3 Requesting approval to demolish and construct a new single family residence on property zoned prezoned R-1:8. PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Dave and Julie Meyer Deemed incomplete by Planning, Engineering, and Parks & Forestry Departments. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, if application can be approved, Notice of Intent to approve will be mailed. ITEM 2: 14942 Larga Vista Drive Subdivision Application M-00-1 Requesting approval of a lot line adjustment between two parcels zoned HR-2 ½. PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Bryan Raisch Application deemed complete and approved. ITEM 3: 14561 Winchester Blvd a. Development Application PD-99-003 b. Negative Declaration ND-99-11 Request for approval of a zone change from R-1:12 to R-1:12:PD to construct an 89 unit residential care facility for the elderly. If no significant environmental impacts are identified as a result of this project, a Negative Declaration will be recommended and an Environmental Impact Report will not be required. PROPERTY OWNER: Frances S. LaMar, Trustee et al APPLICANT: Aegis Assisted Living Properties LLC Deemed incomplete by Parks & Forestry and Fire Departments. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, environmental review will begin. ITEM 4: 160 Villa Avenue Subdivision Application M-99-19 Requesting approval to subdivide a residential parcel into three lots on property zoned R-1D. PROPERTY OWNER: Laura E. Zahn et al APPLICANT: James Kennedy Deemed incomplete by Planning, Parks & Forestry, and Engineering Departments. Must return to Development Review Committee. ITEM 5: 16358 Robie Lane Architecture and Site Approval S-00-2 Requesting approval to demolish and construct a new single family residence on property zoned R-1:8. PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: James and Kari Hori Deemed incomplete by Planning, Parks & Forestry, and Engineering Departments. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee.
