SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW
COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR FEBRUARY 29, 2000 HELD IN THE
TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Baily.

Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned HR -2

Continued to a date uncertain at the applicant’s request.
ITEM 2: 320 Village Lane
Conditional Use Permit U-00-7
Requesting approval of a time extension to operate a restaurant with outside seating and
the service of beer and wine with meals on property zoned C-2.

Deemed complete. Matter tentatively scheduled fo r the Planning Commission meeting of
