ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Julie Linney, Fire Department Tim Boyer, Parks Department Trish Duarte, Sr. Engineering Technician Chris Riordan, Assistant Planner Steve Kowalski, Assistant Planner ITEM 1: 280 Wooded View Drive (Continued from last meeting) Architecture and Site Application S-99-39 Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned HR -2 ½. PROPERTY OWNER: John and Sherri Leroy APPLICANT: Mark Tersini - KT Properties Continued to a date uncertain at the applicant’s request. ITEM 2: 320 Village Lane Conditional Use Permit U-00-7 Requesting approval of a time extension to operate a restaurant with outside seating and the service of beer and wine with meals on property zoned C-2. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Bill Foss, Village Lane LLC Deemed complete. Matter tentatively scheduled fo r the Planning Commission meeting of April 12, 2000 as a consent item. ITEM 3: 14911 Blossom Hill Road Conditional Use Permit U-00-8 Requesting approval to convert an existing detached structure into accessory living quarters on properties zoned R-1:10. PROPERTY OWNER: Okun et al APPLICANT: The Building Works Deemed complete. Matter tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting of April 12, 2000 as a consent item. ITEM 4: 267 Vista Del Monte Architecture and Site Application S-00-6 Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned HR-1. PROPERTY OWNER: Bay City Investment and Development APPLICANT: James Phillip Wright Deemed incomplete by Planning, Engineering, and Parks & Forestry Departments. Must return to Development Review Committee. ITEM 5: 48 Fairview Plaza Minor Residential Development Application MR-99-26 Requesting approval of plans for a second story addition on a single family residence and to relocate an existing detached garage within the required setbacks on property zoned R-1:8 LHP. PROPERTY OWNER: Tom Krulevitch/Britt Sellin APPLICANT: E. Gary Schloh Deemed incomplete by Parks & Forestry, Planning, and Engineering Departments. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, Notice of Intent to approve will be mailed. ITEM 6: 10 Monroe Court (Revised Plans) DRC Minutes February 29, 2000 −3− a. Development Application DEV-98-007 b. Project Application PRJ -98-026 Requesting approval of a Planned Development to change the zone from RM: 5-20 to RM: 5-20 PD to construct four dwelling units and Architecture and Site approval to demolish four existing pre-1941 residences. PROPERTY OWNER: Scott McGraw APPLICANT: Maurice Camargo cc: Linda Lubeck, Anne Lamborn Deemed incomplete by Parks & Forestry, Planning, and Engineering Departments.
