02-22-00 Minutes - DRC TOWN OF LOS GATOS 110 East Main Street, Los Gatos, CA 95032 (408) 354-6872 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR FEBRUARY 22, 2000 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------- The meeting was called to order at 9:10 A.M. by Chair Baily. ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Trish Duarte, Sr. Engineering Technician Gary Chao, Assistant Planner ITEM 1: 280 Wooded View Drive Architecture and Site Application S-99-39 Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned HR -2 ½. PROPERTY OWNER: John and Sherri Leroy APPLICANT: Mark Tersini - KT Properties Continued to next meeting at applicant’s request. ITEM 2: 285 Wooded View Drive Architecture and Site Application S-99-13 Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned HR -2 ½. PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Vino Malhotra Deemed incomplete by Planning, Engineering, Parks & Forestry, and Fire Departments. Applicant wishes to proceed with architecture and siting as proposed. Therefore, once plans are complete, matter will be scheduled for next available Planning Commission meeting with a recommendation for denial. ITEM 3: 124 Harding Avenue Conditional Use Permit U-00-6 Requesting approval to demolish a detached garage and to construct a new detached garage over 450 square feet and to construct an accessory living quarters on property zoned R-1:8. Deemed incomplete by Planning, Parks & Forestry, and Fir e Departments. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, matter will be scheduled for next available Planning Commission Meeting as a consent item. ITEM 4: 14411 Shannon Road a. Architecture and Site Application S-00-5 b. Conditional Use Permit U-00-5 Requesting approval to demolish a pre-1941 residence and to construct a new residence and a caretakers unit to care for a horse boarding and training facility on a property prezoned HR-5. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: William and Sandra Swietzer Deemed incomplete by Planning, Engineering, Parks & Forestry, and Fire Departments. Must return to Development Review Committee. ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 10:30 A.M. The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Development Review Committee is Tuesday, March 7, 1999.
