ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Julie Linney, Fire Department Tim Boyer, Parks Department Trish Duarte, Sr. Engineering Technician Gary Chao, Assistant Planner Chris Riordan, Assistant Planner Stephen Kowalski, Assistant Planner ITEM 1: 15200 Los Gatos Boulevard Conditional Use Permit U-00-3 Requesting approval to convert the use of vacant restaurant site (Flames) to new vehicle sales on properties zoned CH. PROPERTY OWNER: EP&G Properties APPLICANT: Los Gatos Auto Mall Deemed incomplete by Planning and Parks & Forestry Departments. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, matter will be scheduled for next available Planning Commission meeting. ITEM 2: 120 Cambrian View Way a. Architecture and Site Application S-00-4 b. Conditional Use Permit U-00-4 Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence and accessory living quarters on properties zoned R-1:10. PROPERTY OWNER: Okun et al APPLICANT: The Building Works Deemed incomplete by Planning and Parks & Forestry Departm ents. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, matter will be scheduled for next available Planning Commission meeting. ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:30 A.M.
