SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW
COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR FEBRUARY 15, 2000, HELD IN THE
TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:05 A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE
Members Present:
Sandy Baily, Associate Planner
Julie Linney, Fire Department
Tim Boyer, Parks Department
Trish Duarte, Sr. Engineering Technician
Gary Chao, Assistant Planner
Chris Riordan, Assistant Planner

ITEM 1: 15200 Los Gatos Boulevard
Conditional Use Permit U-00-3
Requesting approval to convert the use of vacant restaurant site (Flames) to new vehicle
sales on properties zoned CH.
PROPERTY OWNER: EP&G Properties
APPLICANT: Los Gatos Auto Mall
Deemed incomplete by Planning and Parks & Forestry Departments. Does not need to
return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, matter will be scheduled for
next available Planning Commission meeting.
ITEM 2: 120 Cambrian View Way
a. Architecture and Site Application S-00-4
b. Conditional Use Permit U-00-4
Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence and accessory living
quarters on properties zoned R-1:10.
PROPERTY OWNER: Okun et al
APPLICANT: The Building Works
Deemed incomplete by Planning and Parks & Forestry Departm ents. Does not need to
return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, matter
will be scheduled for next available Planning Commission meeting.
