SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW
COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR FEBRUARY 1, 1999 HELD IN THE
TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE
Members Present:

ITEM 1: 15691 Los Gatos Boulevard
Project Application PRJ-97-168
Requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit application to legalize an existing
restaurant (Lou's).
PROPERTY OWNER: Corinne & Benny Chirco
APPLICANT: Koula Tsaboukos
Deemed incomplete by Planning and Parks & Forestry Departments. Does not need to
return to Development Review Committee. Already scheduled for a Planning Commission
agenda.
ITEM 2: Bella Vista Avenue
Project Application PRJ-98-139
Requesting Architecture and Site approval to construct a new single family residence with
a reduction in the front setback on a nonconforming lot and approval to merge two lots on
property zoned R-1:8.
PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Hamid F. Ghazvini
Deemed incomplete by Planning and Parks & Forestry Departments. Does not need to
return to Development Review Committee. Once complete and environmental review
process is complete, matter will be scheduled for next available Planning Commission
agenda.
ITEM 3: 110 Wood Road
Architecture and Site Application S-99-30
Requesting approval to add six care units and parking on property zoned RPD.
PROPERTY OWNER: Episcopal Homes Foundation
APPLICANT: SMWM, Matt Davis
Deemed complete. Tentatively scheduled for Planning Commission meeting of March 8,
2000, as a consent item.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:30 A.M. The next regularly scheduled
meeting of the Development Review Committee is Tuesday, February
8, 2000.
