Architecture and Site Application S-15-019
Requesting approval to construct a new residence on property zoned HR-2½ which was
previously approved in 2012 and expired. No significant environmental impacts have
been identified and a Mitigated Negative Declaration was previously adopted for this
project and no further environmental review is required. APN 527-56-033. PROPERTY
