SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW
COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR JANUARY 25, 2000 HELD IN THE
TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE
Members Present:
Sandy Baily, Associate Planner
Julie Linney, Fire Department
Tim Boyer, Parks Department
Trish Duarte, Sr. Engineering Technician
Gary Chao, Assistant Planner
Chris Riordan, Assistant Planner
ITEM 1: 15691 Los Gatos Boulevard
Project Application PRJ-97-168
Requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit application to legalize an existing
restaurant (Lou's). The recommendation is for denial without prejudice due to lack of
progress.
PROPERTY OWNER: Corinne & Benny Chirco
APPLICANT: Koula Tsaboukos
Applicant did not show. Continued to the next meeting.
ITEM 2: 15451 Francis Oaks Way
Architecture and Site Application S-99-41
Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned HR -1.
PROPERTY OWNER: Bill White
APPLICANT: T.H.I.S. Design
Deemed incomplete by Planning, Engineering, and Environmental Health Departments.
Does not need to return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, matter will
be scheduled for next available Planning Commission meeting.
ITEM 3: 15471 Francis Oaks Way
Architecture and Site Application S-99-42
Requesting approval to demolish a single family residence and to construct a new single
family residence on property zoned HR-1.
PROPERTY OWNER: William White
APPLICANTS: David Feece and Gary Beyler
Deemed incomplete by Planning, Engineering, and Environmental Health Departments.
Does not need to return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, matter will
be scheduled for next available Planning Commission meeting.
ITEM 4: 15491 Francis Oaks Way
Architecture and Site Application S-99-27
Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence in the HR-1 zone.
PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Gary Beyler
This matter was not discussed due to grading violation. Does not need to return to
Development Review Committee.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:30 A.M. The next regularly scheduled
meeting of the Development Review Committee is Tuesday, February
1, 1999.
