RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt an Ordinance amending Chapter 29 (Zoning Regulations) of the Town Code regarding the
land use appeal process (Attachment 1).
DISCUSSION:
On December 3, 2019, the Town Council considered and voted to introduce an Ordinance
amending Chapter 29 of the Town Code regarding the land use appeal process. Adoption of the
attached Ordinance (Attachment 1) would finalize that decision.
