I spoke several weeks ago at the last town council meeting in support of the 405 Alberto Way project. As I expressed that night I feel that is project is an excellent addition to the neighborhood and town of Los Gatos as a whole. In my opinion, as a resident of Los Gatos and a professional Architect, the city of Los Gatos would be mistaken in not approving this project. The town has waisted countless general fund dollars on legal fees battling the North 40 project and I do not want to see the same thing happen here. I respectfully ask that you approve this project to not only beautify a decreped corner, but more importantly Los Gatos as a whole. Thank you very much for your time and consideration.
