Dear Monica,
Thank you for providing us with the proposed town permit changes to Chapter 14 of the Town Code special events.
Given the extremely short notice we wish to request an extension of the town councils consideration.
We cannot speak for other service clubs but can confidently assume that we all need sufficient time to review and
understand the proposed changes. There's no doubt that the changes will have a measurable
impact in the logistic planing and implementation of the many service clubs community benefit programs. With a week
of two to review we will be better prepared to address the issues and to present our views to council.

Code regarding special events at their next meeting on Tuesday, November 7 at 7 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers,
