The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Special Meeting on
Monday, October 26, 2009 at 6:00 P.M.

Present: Mayor Mike Wasserman, Vice Mayor Diane McNutt, Council Member
Joe Pirzynski, Council Member Steve Rice, and Council Member Barbara
Spector.
Absent: None.

Mayor Mike Wasserman led the Pledge of Allegiance. The audience was invited

1. PPW Job No. 07-16 Parking Lot 6 Reconstruction 411-817-0702
a. Adopt resolution declaring Galeb Paving, Inc., to be the lowest
responsible bidder on the project and award a construction contract
in an amount not to exceed $291,665 RESOLUTION 2009-
b. Authorize staff to execute future change orders to the construction
contract as necessary in an amount not to exceed $30,000
c. Authorize reserve allocation in the amount of $206,500 from the
Parking Reserve to 411-817-0702 for Parking Lot 6
d. Authorizer budget adjustment in the amount of $206,500 to 411-817-
0702
MOTION: Motion by Council Member Steve Rice to approve
Consent Item #1.
Seconded by Council Member Joe Pirzynski
VOTE: Motion passed unanimously.
