Clarification if the 9.8 billion sales tax revenue is anticipated from the
½ cent or the current tax revenue.
Asked for update regarding the Vasona Station Corridor.
Clarification on the projected sales tax funding analysis regarding
Measure A and the escalation.
Questioned base and projected increments for future sales tax

Clarification on a time frame that the Vasona Station Corridor would
be up and running.
Questioned the effects on local business regarding the ½ cent sales
tax increase.
Commented that the permanent ½ cent sales tax is high and difficult
to perceive.
Clarification on the zero sales tax scenario, and what projects would
continue.
Commented on the widespread absence of support for the ½ cent
sales tax.
Commented that VTA could maintain there system with a zero sales
tax increase, but with no capital projects in the near future.
Commented that VTA will have more answers after the work shop in
August, 2005.

COMMUNITY BUS
SERVICE.
Presentation on VTA update for Community Bus Service.
Commented that the graphics should reflect locations surrounding the
Town of Los Gatos.
Commented on lettering and distinct graphics for the buses.
Commended VTA on the free shuttle service.
Questioned the hours of operation and would like to see more
frequent service during school times.
Suggested the launch of the new shuttle service be done at the July 4th
celebration in Town.
Suggested looking into extending the start stop times for peak usage
during the high schools lunch hour, evenings and weekends.
Commented on rider ship increasing in Los Gatos.
