TOWN COUNCIL STUDY SESSION/WORK SHOP
The Town Council of the town of Los Gatos held a workshop and joint study session in the
Council Chambers of the Town Hall, 110 East Main Street at 8:30 a.m., Saturday, February
21, 1998 to review and study the items noted in the minutes.
PRESENT AT THE MEETING
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Lubeck at 8:30 a.m. Present were Randy
Attaway, Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton, Jan Hutchins and Mayor Lubeck. Also present
were David Knapp, Town Manager; Jim Piper, Assistant Town Manager; Orry Korb, Town
Attorney; Regina Falkner, Community Services Director; Gloria Grimes, Library Director;
Larry Todd, Chief of Police; Scott Baker, Director of Building and Engineering Services, and
Director of Parks, Forestry and Maintenance Services; Lee Bowman, Planning Director;
Bud Lortz, Senior Planner.
