REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of the
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 9:49., Monday, June 15, 1992, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present: Randy Attaway, Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton,
and Brent N. Ventura.
Absent: Chairman Eric D. Carlson.
OPERATING BUDGET FOR 1992-93/RESOLUTION 1992-5RD (R-1.49)
Motion by Mr. Attaway, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that the Agency adopt Resolution
1992-5RD entitled, RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE TOWN
OF LOS GATOS APPROVING FISCAL YEAR 1992-93 OPERATING BUDGET. Carried by
a vote of 4 ayes. Chairman Carlson absent.
MINUTES OF APRIL 20, 1992
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Attaway, to approve the Minutes of April 20,
1992 as submitted. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Chairman Carlson absent.
MINUTES OF JUNE 1, 1992
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Attaway, to approve the Minutes of June 1, 1992
as submitted. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Chairman Carlson absent.
MINUTES OF JUNE 8, 1992
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Attaway, to approve the Minutes of June 8, 1992
as submitted. Carried by a vote of 3 ayes. Mr. Ventura abstained. Chairman Carlson
absent.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Agency adjourn this evening's
meeting at 9:50 p.m. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Chairman Carlson absent.
