The Town Attorney, Mr. Hays, reported on the Executive Session stating discussion
was held on the Town receiving a proposal from the plaintiffs of the Villa Vasona

exclusively senior and handicapped housing units on the Villa Vasona site, bounded by
Knowles Drive and Parr Avenue in the Town of Los Gatos?"
