The Town, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to award each project A-C individually or as a whole. For
the purpose of awarding all three projects as a whole to one Service Provider please provide a
percentage discount based on total of the annual contract for services.
5 %. If the Town awards to one Service Provider, the percent discount will be applied
IP to the Grand Total amount as provided by the Service Provider and the resulting amount will be the full
contract amount.
