1949-20-Agreeing To Pay Assessment For Cost Of Street Improvement Project In The Town-Mullen AvenueKCS : JM 3/22/49/6 RESOLUTION NO. AGREEING TO PAY ASSESSMENT FOR COST OF STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT IN TOWN OF LOS GATOS MULLEN AVENUE RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the Los Gatos Union Elementary School District, County of Santa Clara, California, that WHEREAS, there has been filed with this Board a Resolutior Requesting Contribution by Los Gatos Union Elementary School District requesting that this Board agree to pay its rateable share of the costs of constructing certain street improvements in and for said Town assessed in the same manner and upon the same basis as other properties within said Town for the constru tion of said improvements benefiting the property more particu- larly described in said Resolution and owned by this District; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that said District pay to the Town of Los Gatos the amount of said assessment assessed against the properties of said District on the same basis and in the same manner as the costs of said improvements are assess on other properties in said Town, which amount is approximately $483.12. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Board of Trustees of the Los Gatos Union Elementary School District, Santa Clara County, California at a regular meeting thereof held on the day of r1 _,y.�� , 1949, by the following vote: AYES, and in favor thereof, Trustees: Y,.
