1. That Wraight Avenue and Bird Avenue between Woodland
Avenue and Chester Street, and Chester Street, Woodland Avenue
and Saratoga Avenue between University Avenue and Bird Avenue,
including intersections, be improved by grading and constructing
therein water -bound rock macadam base pavement with asphalt
concrete wearing surface, cement concrete monolithic vertical face
curbs and gutters, storm drain pipe, standard catch basins, standard
manholes and headwall, corrugated iron storm drain pipe, vitrified
clay pipe sewer mains, wye branches, risers and house laterals,
and standard manholes; and an interceptor sewer in Chester Street
to and along a ten foot easement to be acquired herein along the
southeasterly prolongation thereof to the existing trunk main
near Los Gatos Creek; in accordance with standard plans and spe-
cifications of said Town on file in the office of the Town Clerk.
