RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
CHANGING CURBSIDE PARKING TIME LIMITS
FROM 10 AND 30 MINUTES TO ONE HOUR
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Section 16 -45, 'Parking
Regulation ", the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does hereby establish the
following traffic regulation:
ONE HOUR PARKING
No person shall stop, stand, or park any vehicle, except Sundays and Holidays, for
a period of time longer than one (1) hour in West Main Street near 23 West Main Street
and near No. 1 North Santa Cruz, and on North Santa Cruz Avenue near 41 North Santa
Cruz and near 320 North Santa Cruz Avenue.
Portions of any resolutions previously adopted that are in conflict therewith are
hereby rescinded.
The Director of Parks, Forestry and Maintenance Services is hereby instructed to
install appropriate signs and /or curb markings giving notice to the public of this action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council held on the
19th day of November, 1990 by the following vote:
