1990-155-Establishing A Fee Schedule For Permits, Inspections And Services Related To The Town Fire Prevention CodeRESOLUTION 1990 - 155 RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS ESTABLISHING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR PERMITS, INSPECTIONS AND SERVICES RELATED TO THE TOWN FIRE PREVENTION CODE WHEREAS, the Town Council is adopting a new Article III of Chapter 12 to provide for adoption of the 1988 Uniform Fire Code for the regulation of Fire Prevention within the Town; and WHEREAS, the Town has designated Santa Clara County Central Fire Protection District to administer the Town's fire prevention regulations set forth in Article III of Chapter 12 of the Town Code; IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, that the following fee schedule is established for permits, inspections and services related to the enforcement of the Town Code fire prevention regulations and such fees shall be paid to the Central Fire District: ONE TIME FEE 1. Permits for fire hydrant systems, fire extinguishing systems, fire alarm systems shall be charged as outlined in Chapter 3 of the Uniform Building Code. Second and additional reinspections. $ 30.00 Each 2. Job site consultation as determined by the fire chief. $ 50.00 Man Hour /1 Hour Minimum YEARLY FEES 3. Institutional Permits A. Over 50 persons $100.00 B. More than six persons 75.00 4. Day Care Facilities Six or More 35.00 5. Places of Assembly A. 50 -300 persons 50.00 B. Over 300 persons 85.00 C. Tents in Excess of 300 sq. ft. 85.00 (for each permit) PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 16th day of July, 1990 by the following vote.
