1989-105-Approval Of Plans For An Existing Single Family Residence Constructed Without All Appropriate Town Approvals On Property In The R-1:10000 ZoneRESOLUTION NO: 1989 -105 RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DENYING APPEAL OF PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVAL OF PLANS FOR AN EXISTING SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE CONSTRUCTED WITHOUT ALL APPROPRIATE TOWN APPROVALS ON PROPERTY IN THE R- 1:10,000 ZONE (157 CENTRAL AVENUE - WILLIAM GREMORE) WHEREAS: A. William Gremore has appealed a decision of the Planning Commission as follows: approval of plans for an existing single family residence constructed without all appropriate Town approvals on property in the R- 1:10,000 zone on property located at 157 Central Avenue and owned by William Gremore (Architecture and Site Application 5- 89 -3); and B. A public hearing was held by the Town Council on May 15, 1989. BE IT RESOLVED: A. The Town Council hereby finds that the Appellant has withdrawn the appeal. B. The Town Council further finds that the Planning Commission decision was correct. C. Based on the foregoing, the appeal is hereby denied and Architecture and Site Application 5 -89 -3 is hereby granted subject to the following conditions: TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT: 1. Plumbing system must conform with the Uniform Plumbing Code. Provide a building and connection to the street mains, independent of any other building. Provide an easement for the building sewer system running across this property, but serving the adjacent neighbor (161 Central Avenue); or neighbor's building sewer system to be rerouted on neighbor's own property. Provided a Sewer Connect Permit from West Valley Sanitation District. Provide building sewer plans. An easement, Sewer Connect Permit from West Valley Sanitation district. Provide building sewer plans. An easement, Sewer Connect Permit, and plans to be provided prior to issuance of Building Permit. 2. A sanitary sewer cleanout must be provided at the property line at 157 Central Avenue. 3. The garage must be modified to a twenty -foot by twenty -foot inside dimension. 4. Submit a new building permit application, including building construction plans, that provide sufficient detail for review. In addition, an engineering analysis and a Title 24 energy report shall be submitted.
