AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO 3I8N THE ANNUAL
EXTENSION RIDER OF THE LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN
AND WESTERN GREYHOUND LINES COMPANY
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that
the
Town Council of
the
Town of Los Gatos does
hereby authorize the Town Manager
to sign
the annual
Extension
Rider of the Lease
Agreement with Western Greyhound Lines
None
Company releasing
Western
Greyhound Lines
Company from all obligations under
the
lease arising
after
April 30' 1988.

IT IS HEREBY AGREED by the parties to the Agreement that the term thereof is extended
through April 30 19 88 , and that all the terms and conditions thereof, as amended or
supplemented heretofore or herein (if any special provisions are written below) shall remain in full force and
effect during the extended term. The Agreement shall be subject to termination prior to the expiration of the ex-
tended term in the same manner as is provided therein for termination of the prior term.
Special Provisions:
Rent for the term commencing May 1, 1987 and ending April 30, 1988 shall be at an
annual rate of $6,000 payable monthly in the amount of $500.
