AUTHORIZING THE ACTING TOWN MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE
AN AGREEMENT WITH ANGUS NELSON, LTD.
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Gatos is desirous of securing inspection
services for the implementation of the Secondary Dwelling
Unit ordinance; and
WHEREAS, a determination has been made by Town staff that it is more
economical and effective to secure the services from an outside
firm; and
WHEREAS, ANGUS NELSON, LTD. is recognized as having personnel qualified
to perform the required services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council does hereby
authorize the Acting Town Manager to negotiate and execute
an agreement with ANGUS NELSON, LTD. to provide the stated
services.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA,
at a regular meeting held this 5th day of August
1985, by the following vote:
