A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR CONSIDERATION OF
ESTABLISHING UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT 85 -3, PROJECT 320
ALONG NORTH SANTA CRUZ AVENUE (BLOSSOM HILL ROAD TO ANDREWS STREET)
WHEREAS, Article III of Chapter 32 (Sections 32 -14 through 32 -23) of the Los
Gatos Town Code, provides procedures for the establishment of Underground Utility
Districts and requires a public hearing for consideration of such district; and
WHEREAS, the Town has proposed the establishment of Underground Utility District
85 -3, Project No. 320 and has recommended that the boundaries of said District be as
described in the notice of hearing attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the 15th day of July, 1985 at the hour of
8:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the Civic Center, 110 East Main Street, Los
Gatos, California, is hereby established as the date, time and place of a public
hearing by the Town Council to consider the establishment of said Underground
Utility District 85 -3, Project No. 320.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Town Clerk is hereby directed to notify all
affected property owners and utilities, at least thirty (30) days in advance of said
hearing, by mailing each a "Notice of Hearing" in the same form as that notice
annexed hereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on 20th day of May 1985 by the

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos has set
the hour of 8:00 p.m., on Monday, the 15th day of July, 1985, in the Council
Chambers, Town Hall, 110 East Main Street, Los Gatos, as the time and place for
public hearing to ascertain whether the public necessity, health or safety
requires the removal of poles and overhead wires and associates overhead
structures from the public streets, alleys, or ways, and the underground
installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication, or
similar or associated services, within the area designated "Underground Utility
District 85 -3, Project No. 320" a description of which is attached hereto as
Exhibit "A" and map of Underground Utility District 85 -3 as Exhibit "B ", and
are made a part hereof by reference.

BEGINNING at the most Easterly corner of Parcel 7 (said most Easterly corner also
beino a point of tangency) and as shown upon that certain tract map entitled "Tract
No. 5867" recorded on July 13, 1976, in Book 374 of Maps, pages 43 and 44, Santa
Clara County Records, said corner also being on the Northwesterly line of Industrial
Road (20 feet wide) as shown on said tract map; thence leaving said most Easterly
corner S 210 10' W 542.35 feet; thence along a curve to the right having a radius of
20.00 feet, through an angle of 74' 31' 30 ", for a distance of 21.01 feet to a point
of compound curvature; thence leaving said point on the Northerly right -of -way line
