RESOLUTION REMANDING TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION
THE APPEAL OF THE DECISION OF THE PLANNING COM-
MISSION DENYING SUBDIVISION APPLICATION
(16060 Greenridge Terrace - -Mrs. W.R. Morgan)
WHEREAS:
1. Tom Mason of Mason -Sulic Civil and Design Consultants, on behalf
of property owner Mrs. W.R. Morgan, appealed a decision of the Planning
Commission as follows: denial of Subdivision Application M -83 -8; and
2. A public hearing was held by Council on February 21, 1984;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
1. The Council hereby finds that the Planning Commission should have
further information in reviewing the Subdivision Application.
2. The Council further finds that the application should be referred
to the Development Review Committee to address the following concerns:
a. Adjust the lot line between parcels 1 and 2 so that the
driveway to parcel 1 will be contained on parcel 1;
b. An easement be dedicated on Larga Vista to provide public
emergency vehicle access;
c. Minimal improvements be made along the subject property
on Larga Vista to the satisfaction of the Town Engineer;
d. Staff examine the driveway entrance to parcel 2 to make
a recommendation whether the existing driveway from Greenridge
Terrace should be widened to 18 feet or access should be taken
from Larga Vista.
3. Based on the foregoing findings, the appeal is remanded to the Plan-
ning Commission to consider the appellant's Subdivision Application after
receiving the specified report from the Development Review Committee.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos held on the 5th day of March 1984, by the following
vote:
