RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS GATOS CONCERNING CHANGES
IN THE UNIFORM FIRE CODE 1982 EDITION
RESOLVED, that the findings stated in the attached Exibit ''A" are adopted.
Such findings pertain to and are required for adoption of section 12.03.085
of the Los Gatos Town Code,
The Town Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution
with the California Department of Community and Development.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on 6 day of June , 1983.

safeguards to prevent the occurrence of fires and help
provide fire protection and help control the spread of fare
in the Hazardous Fire Area. By requiring a fire retardant
roof cover4no We are reducing the Potential spread of fire
