RESOLUTION COMMITTING THE TOWN COUNCIL TO ABIDE BY THE
DECISION OF THE VOTERS ON MEASURE F ON THE JUNE 8, 1982 RATTOT
1. The Council has placed an advisory measure on the June 8, 1982 ballot,
allowing the voters to express a preference between consolidated elections in
November of odd- or even - numbered years; and
2. The Elections Code states that such a measure is not legally binding
on the Council, but the Council wishes to commit itself to make it binding;
IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED:
The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos hereby formally and irrevocably
commits itself to abide by the decision of the voters on the aforesaid measure,
and to take all acts necessary to implement that decision.
