RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT TO
EN 1'ER INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE STA 1'E OF CALIFORNIA
SEISMIC SAFETY COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, that the TOWN
enter into an agreement with the State Seismic Safety Commission to prepare a report on
recommendations for changes in state government and other policies and procedures
developed from experience from the October 17, 1989 Loma Prieta Earthquake, and that
the Town Manager is authorized, and is hereby directed, to execute said agreement
(attached) in the name and in behalf of the TOWN OF LOS GATOS.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos this 4th day of February, 1991 by the following vote:
