RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
INCREASING PARKING TIME LIMITS ON THE FOLLOWING STREETS:
AREA 1: VILLAGE LANE PARKING LIMITS TO TWO HOURS DAILY
INCLUDING SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS
AREA 2: ON MON I EBELLO AND SOUTH SANTA CRUZ AVENUES
INCREASE PARKING TIME LIMITS FOR
22 PARKING SPACES TO ALLOW UNLIMITED PARKING ON
SATURDAY, SUNDAY AND HOLIDAYS
AREA 3: ON CHURCH STREET NEAR MAIN STREET
SIX PARKING SPACES TO UNLIMITED PARKING, DAILY
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Section 16-45, "Parking
Regulation", the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does hereby establish the
following traffic regulation:
AREA 1 - VILLAGE LANE - Two Hour Parking
No person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle daily and on Saturdays, Sundays and
Holidays (9 A.M. to 6 P.M.) for a period of time longer than two (2) hours on Village
Lane.
AREA 2 - MON 1EBELLO AND SOUTH SANTA CRUZ AVENUES - Unlimited Parking
No person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle on a certain 22 (twenty-two) parking
spaces on Montebello and South Santa Cruz Avenues for a period of time longer than 30
minutes, 8 A.M. to 8 P.M., except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. (Saturday, Sunday, and
Holiday parking will be unlimited).
AREA 3 - CHURCH STREET - Unlimited Parking
A person may stop, stand or park any vehicle, daily for an unlimited period of time
in six designated curbside spaces on Church Street, near Main Street.
Portions of any resolutions previously adopted that are in conflict therewith are
hereby rescinded.
The Director of Parks, Forestry and Maintenance Services Department is hereby
instructed to install appropriate signs and/or curb markings giving notice to the public of
this action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on the 22st day of January, 1991 by the following vote:
