RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS REMANDING TO THE
PLANNING COMMISSION THE APPEAL OF PLANNING COMMISSION
DENIAL OF THE REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF A LOT LINE
ADJUSTMENT TO EXCHANGE APPROXIMATELY 1.498 S. FT. OF AREA
AT THE REAR OF EACH PROPERTY AND TO DIVIDE THE PARCEL
FRONTING ON TO COLLEGE AVENUE INTO TWO LOTS IN ORDER TO
CONSTRUCT A NEW SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE IN THE R-1:8000 ZONE
WHEREAS, this matter was heard by Planning Commission on October 24, 1990; and
WHEREAS, only five of the nine Planning Commissioners were present at that
meeting; and
WHEREAS, applicant has requested the matter be remanded to the Planning
Commission.
BE IT RESOLVED:
Based on the foregoing finding, the appeal is hereby remanded to the Planning
Commission for consideration.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 22nd day of January, 1991 by the following vote.
