RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR
PREPARATION AND SUBMITTAL OF FORMAL NOMINATION OF
DOWNTOWN COMMERCIAL HISTORIC DISTRICT TO NATIONAL
REGIS 1'ER OF HISTORIC PLACES
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, that the TOWN
enter into an agreement with Anne Bloomfield for consultant services for the preparation
and submittal of the nomination of the Downtown Commercial Historic District for
inclusion on the National Register of Historic Places to the State Office of Historic
Preservation, and that the Town Manager is authorized, and is hereby directed, to execute
said agreement (attached) in the name and in behalf of the TOWN OF LOS GATOS.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos this 22nd day of January, 1991 by the following vote:
