RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AMENDING THE DESIGNATION OF A REDEVELOPMENT SURVEY AREA
WHEREAS, Section 33310 of the California Community Redevelopment Law (Health
and Safety Code Section 33000 et seq.) provides that a redevelopment survey area may be
designated by resolution of the Town Council; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos desires that the area
hereinafter described be studied to determine if a redevelopment project or projects within
said area are feasible; and
WHEREAS, a redevelopment project or projects may be initiated within this area
should be found that such a project or projects are feasible;
WHEREAS, the Council adopt Resolution 1990-256 on December 17, 1990 designating
a redevelopment survey area; and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to expand the area to be considered;
NOW THEREFORE, the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does hereby resolve
as follows:
Section 1. The Town Council does hereby designate as a redevelopment survey area
that area shown on the "Map of the Survey Area", attached hereto as Exhibits A and B and
by this reference made a part hereof.
Section 2. The Town Council hereby finds and determines that said designated
survey area requires study to determine if a redevelopment project or projects within said
area are feasible.

Section 3. This resolution supercedes Resolution 1990-256 adopted December 17,
1990 which is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council held on January
7, 1991 by the following vote:
