RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS EXTENDING THE
AGREEMENT WITH DAVID M. GRIFFITH AND ASSOCIATES
TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE IN SEEKING FEDERAL AND STATE
DISASTER REIMBURSEMENT RELATED TO THE
1989 LOMA PRIETA EARTHQUAKE
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the Town of Los Gatos extend the agreement with David
M. Griffith & Associates for earthquake claims reimbursement assistance services, and that
the Town Manager is authorized, and is hereby directed, to execute said extension in the
name and in behalf of the Town of Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 7th day of January, 1991 by the following vote:
