RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AGREEMENT WITH
NATALIE E. WEST FOR REPRESENTING THE TOWN
AS ACTING TOWN ATTORNEY
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos that the Town
enter into an agreement with Natalie E. West for services to be rendered as Acting Town
Attorney, and that the Mayor of the Town of Los Gatos is authorized, and is hereby
directed to execute said agreement in the name and on behalf of the TOWN OF LOS
GATOS.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 7th day of January, 1991 by the following vote.
