RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
COMMENDING DON MARCEAU FOR 18 YEARS OF SERVICE
TO THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
WHEREAS, Don Marceau since April 2, 1973, served the Town of Los Gatos as
Building Building Maintenance Man I (April 1973), Building Maintenance Man II
(September 1973), Building Maintenance Worker II (January 1976), and Building
Maintenance Custodian II (July 1989).
WHEREAS, he has fulfilled the requirements of these positions faithfully and well; and
WHEREAS, this dedication to the Town of Los Gatos for 18 years culminated with
Don's retirement on April 2, 1991; and
WHEREAS, during his 18 years with the Town, he has made many friends in the work
place, and throughout the Town through his participation in the Building Maintenance
Program and service to the citizens and employees of the Town of Los Gatos; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council feels that such dedicated public service deserves special
recognition and commendation;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Council does hereby extend to Don
Marceau its deepest appreciation for service faithfully and excellently rendered, and its
sincere hope that his retirement from the service of the Town of Los Gatos is one of
satisfaction and fulfillment.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos held on March 18, 1991 by the following vote:
