RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
OF INTENTION TO FORM AN OPEN SPACE MAINTENANCE
DISTRICT WITHIN THE BOUNDS OF TRACT 8400
SANTA ROSA HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION,
LOCATED AT 14615 SHANNON ROAD
NOW, THEREFORE, THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. It is the intention of the Town Council to form, under the provisions of the
California Government Code, Section 50575 et.seq., an Open Space Maintenance
Assessment District within the bounds of Tract 8400, Santa Rosa Heights Subdivision,
located at 14615 Shannon Road.
2. On April 1, 1991, in the Council Chambers of the Civic Center 110 E. Main
Street, Los Gatos, California, the Town Council will hold a public hearing to
consider whether or not to institute an Open Space Maintenance District within the bounds
of Tract 8400, Santa Rosa Heights Subdivision to provide public maintenance services
within designated Open Space Areas. The meeting will begin at 7:30 PM. All persons
interested are invited to attend and be heard.
3. The Town Clerk is authorized, and is hereby directed to publish a copy of this
resolution in a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in the Town of
Los Gatos, within fifteen (15) days after the date of its adoption.
