RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
TO EN IER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
SANTA CLARA COUNTY TRAFFIC AUTHORITY FOR HISTORIC
MITIGATION OF MARIA'S BERRY FARM AND WATER TOWER
NOW, THEREFORE, THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Gatos and the Santa Clara County Traffic Authority
have a mutual interest in the historic mitigation of Maria's Berry Farm Residence and
Water Tower; and
WHEREAS, the Santa Clara County Traffic Authority will provide financial
assistance to the Town; and
WHEREAS, the Town will assume specific responsibilities related to the historic
mitigation of Maria's Berry Farm Residence and Water Tower.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town of Los Gatos shall enter into an agreement with
the Santa Clara County Traffic Authority as specified in the Amendment to the
Performance Agreement and the Historic Mitigation Agreement (Exhibit 1 and Exhibit 2).
