RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
COMMENDING ANDREA HOLDING FOR HER SERVICES
ON THE PARKING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Andrea Holding had served the Town of Los Gatos as a member of the
Town's Parking Commission from February 6, 1989 to June 1, 1991; and
WHEREAS, during this period she has unselfishly contributed her time, energies, and
capabilities to both the Parking Commission and the community; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council feels that such outstanding Public Service deserves
special recognition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Los Gatos Town Council does
hereby render, with genuine appreciation, its gratitude and commendation to Andrea
Holding for her service to the Town and its citizens as a member of the Town's Parking
Commission.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 15th day of April, 1991, by the following vote.
