RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS REMANDING TO
THE PLANNING COMMISSION AN ZONE CHANGE FROM
RC (RESOURCE CONSERVATION) TO HR-1 AND/OR
HR-2-1/2 FOR APPROXIMAI'ELY 18 ACRES OF PROPERTY
(ZONE CHANGE APPLICATION Z-90-2)
(16221 KENNEDY ROAD/ROBERT WEIR)
WHEREAS:
A. John Lien, applicant, on behalf of Robert Weir, owner, has requested a zone
change from RC (Resource Conservation) to HR-1 and/or HR-2-1/2 for approximately 18
acres of property and a four -lot subdivision of property located at 16221 Kennedy Road,
(Zone Change Application Z-90-2); and
B. A public hearing was held on April 15, 1991.
BE IT RESOLVED:
A. The Town Council hereby finds that Zone Change Application Z-90-2 be
remanded to the Planning Commission and the Development Review Committee with the
recommendation that the Zone Change Application be converted to a Planned
Development Application and applicant to pay any additional fees.
B. The Town Council further finds that the entire parcel must come in and be
treated like a Planned Development and the density range will not exceed one unit per acre
and can be less than that. All other issues will be reserved and the density and the specific
zoning will be determined as the project proceeds with development and environmental
review.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 6th day of May, 1991 by the following vote.
