1991-125-Commending Robert J. Bryant, The Director Of Parks, Forestry And Maintenance Services For Exemplary Service To The Town Of Los Gatosand RESOLUTION 1991-125 RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS COMMENDING ROBERT J. BRYANT ('BOB"), THE DIRECTOR OF PARKS, FORES 1'RY AND MAIN PENANCE SERVICES FOR EXEMPLARY SERVICE TO THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS WHEREAS, Robert J. Bryant ('Bob"), was hired by the Town on January 16, 1967; WHEREAS, since that time Bob has served as an Arborist, Parks & Forestry Supervisor, Superintendent of Parks and Forestry, and was appointed Director of Parks, Forestry and Maintenance on July 1, 1983; and WHEREAS, Bob's personal sense of professionalism and excellence in government has resulted in the efficient delivery of Town services; and WHEREAS, during this 24 years of service Bob has made numerous friends through his service for the Town and through participation in community affairs; and WHEREAS, Bob can be especially proud that his efforts in dealing with the public and staff have served the Town exceptionally well during the moments and months following the October 17, 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake; and WHEREAS, it is with immeasurable recognition that the Town Council hereby renders its deep appreciation to Bob Bryant for his contributions to the Town Council, Parks Commission and Town staff during his tenure. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Council commends Bob for being a "True Professional" who will be truly missed as a valuable asset to the Community.
