RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
PROJECT 9326
BLOSSOM HILL STORM DRAIN
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos to carry out
Project 9326 - Blossom Hill Storm Drain; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Building and Engineering Services has presented Plans and
Specifications for Project 9326 - Blossom Hill Storm Drain.
RESOLVED, that these Plans and Specifications entitled 'TOWN OF LOS GATOS
SPECIFICATIONS - Project 9326 - Blossom Hill Storm Drain ", dated December 22, 1993, on
file in the Office of the Town Clerk, are hereby approved; and
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to advertise,
as required by law, for the receipt of sealed bids or proposals for the doing of the work specified
in the aforesaid Plans and Specifications, which said advertisement shall be substantially in
accordance with the Notice to Bidders, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council held on the 3rd day of
January, 1994, by the following vote:

Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the Town Clerk, 110 E. Main St., Los Gatos,
CA 95030, until
WEDNESDAY (FEBRUARY 2. 1994) 3:00 P.M.
for the following:
PROJECT 9326 - BLOSSOM HILL ROAD STORM
DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud
This following information is presented to indicate the size of the project and no warrant is made
or intended as to final quantities: This project consists of constructing storm drain projects
at Blossom Hill Road within the Town of Los Gatos.
A class "A" General Engineering License is required.
Information for bidders, plans, specifications and forms for bidding this project may be obtained
from Building and Engineering Services, 110 E. Main Street, Los Gatos, CA 95032, weekdays,
excluding holidays, between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon and between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Friday. A non - refundable fee of
$25.00 will be charged per set.
